Dear ConnectAll/InterConnection Customer,

We’re writing to share a change in how you manage and pay for your hotspot service.

Effective July 9th, we are transitioning this service to PCs for People.

PCs for People is a national nonprofit social enterprise working to get low-cost quality computers and internet into the homes of individuals, families, and nonprofits. They have a larger customer service team as well as increased customer service hours and can provide better response times and support for you and your internet service needs.

What do you need to do? 

You will receive an email shortly from PCs for People with specific steps to take, including how to activate your existing account in their system. Once received, use the links provided by PCs For People to activate your account. Please check your spam folder or junk mail folder if you don’t get an email from them in the next 24 hours or you can contact them directly at: 651-354-2552

While most of your account information will transfer over, you will need to enter your payment information into PCs for People’s site - we’re unable to transfer payment details.  Please be sure to do this as soon as possible to avoid disruption of service.

You may have received a “paused” notification email in the last 24 hours. This allowed us to turn off our autopayments and doesn't affect your hotspot service. Effective July 8th, ConnectAll has discontinued all auto-payments, so you can rest assured that you will not be double-charged.
